Because every piece is made to order (often tailored to a specific client and space), all sales are final and we do not accept returns. Each item is built with care and thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure it is functional and free of defects at the time of delivery.

Reporting Damage in Transit If your furniture arrives damaged, you must report it within three (2) days of delivery. To open a claim with the carrier, please provide:

• Clear photos showing the damage to the furniture

• Photos of the packaging/crate to help determine how the damage occurred

The Nature of Wood

Wood is a natural material that reacts to temperature and humidity. It will expand and contract depending on environmental conditions. While we carefully select, dry, and prepare our timber, minor movement is normal over time. Proper care and a stable environment reduce this, and we provide care instructions to support long-term durability.

Color and Grain Variations

Because wood is organic, color tone, grain pattern, and texture vary—even within the same species. For this reason, the delivered piece may differ from any sample or reference material previously approved. These natural variations are not considered defects and are part of the character of real wood.

Warranty

We guarantee that your furniture will arrive in full working order and free of functional defects. Any concerns regarding workmanship or material defects must be reported within fourteen (2) days of delivery for review. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper care, environmental conditions, accidents, misuse, or incorrect handling.
